1. What made you choose to lose weight?
I was viewing a video of me dance at a marriage with my children and didn’t realize how uncontrollable my pounds had gotten until We found it on-screen. It had been my turning point and jump-start to lose weight.
2. What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
I follow the Venus Factor instructions working out EVERYDAY without fail. I cut fast food, I quit smoking and started living a healthier lifestyle.
3. What was most challenging on the subject of losing weight?
The first month was the hardest because I wasn’t seeing or feeling any results. Getting motivated and staying consistent to your goal takes a lot of discipline.
4. How long did it take you to begin to see results?
I actually started seeing actual outcomes in about 2 a few months.
5. How long achieved it take that you can achieve your current weight?
6. How long perhaps you have maintained your bodyweight loss and how will you do it?
I still visit the gym, but rather than 7 days weekly, I can juggle 4-5. I started drinking A whole load of drinking water. Cut sodas and beverages with too much glucose! I’m still doing Fat Watchers as well.
7. How has your daily life changed given that you’ve lost weight?
MY Self-confidence has skyrocketed. I’m enjoying my friends, I’ve a great time shopping, and dating is becoming more of an pleasure when compared to a chore I stay away from. I’m a lot more positive and folks now come to me for suggestions on how to lose weight!
8. How did the Venus Factor help you reach your weight loss goals?
Staying motivated and seeing that I’m not the only one reaching for this goal. I know I’m not the only one out there struggling with this. It makes me stay positive and motivated!

Cereal, oatmeal or a fruit salad.
Light pastas, chicken with low amounts of carbs. Since I workout large, I want carbs, but only throughout the day. Salads with poultry and Smart One Foods.
Very light. Salads and or poultry or fish. I go back home late therefore I try to maintain my dinners as light as feasible. I’ll however drink a whole lot of drinking water and eat fruit.
I currently usually do not weight train.
Running 2 miles 3-4 days weekly. Cardio kickboxing and Muay Thai schooling 5-6 days weekly for 1-2 hours each day.
