What is Old School New Body?

Old School New Body is a program design for you to change your workout and eating habits, with the goal of getting fit and younger again. It is made with all the workout and workout plans you could ask for, along with the super doable nutritional guide to help you follow a proper diet. By using the Focus-4 Exercise (F4X) protocol, which is meant to help increase metabolism and reduce the chance of injuries during the workout. It combines weight training with exercice's promoting fat burning, exercise and muscle building. It is even perfect for individuals who are getting on in years - both of the writers of the manual are in their 50s!

The Science behind Old School New Body

You can start the program within 30 minutes of reading it. You can immediately apply the words in the book after you have read themselves to Chapter 2 “The F4X LEAN Workout. ” F4X stand for Focus 4 Exercise, the trademarked training program in Old School New Body. Once you learn the basic science that built the F4X system, you learn the first phase, which is F4X LEAN exercising routine. The F4X workout guide is 100% design for beginners or if you have not practiced after a long break from the gym.

The F4X SLIM workout contains four exercises:

  • Squats
  • Incline presses or flat bench presses
  • Twisted over rows
  • Dumbbell rows upright
As being a beginner, you can like better to do a more simple version of F4X LEAN. This approach is to be sure you do not overwork and overwhelm yourself when you begin, which can make you discouraged and quit eventually.
